Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies,
for aud on behalf of Our Sovereign Lady VICTORIA (hereinafter referred to as "the
Lessor") of the one part, and Chau Kwai Chice and Lai Hok Trun both of victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong Traders (hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee")
of the other part WITNESSETH; that the Lessor hereby agrees to let and the
